What’s that you say?

It’s our challenge. To source, prepare, and serve food with purpose. But that’s not all. As a conscious kitchen we think beyond the food. We’re conscious of our environmental impact and strive to make daily decisions that contribute to the overall well being of the community.

That’s why our ingredients vary season-to-season. We want to source and serve the freshest food available. It isn’t the easy way, and we can’t do it all the time, but we consciously try to work with the seasons, not against them.        



As a conscious kitchen we want what’s best for the community. We partner with a number of local businesses to bring new experiences to RVA and beyond. We’re always open to new partnerships and new ways to bring people together.

In a world of waste and pollution, we hold ourselves accountable. We take the extra effort, and expense, to make sure everything from food to fork is compostable. It’s a small thing, but it’s these small, conscious decisions we hope to inspire.
